For every CBSE student in Classes IX to XII, registration is the foundation of their board examination journey. Schools fill the Registration (for Classes IX & XI) and the List of Candidates (LOC for Classes X & XII) on CBSE’s portal. Parents must verify all details before submission, as any mistake can affect admit cards, results, or certificates.

✅ Key Points Parents Should Check

1. Personal Details

•  Spelling of Student’s, father’s, and mother’s names must match Aadhaar and school records exactly.
• Date of Birth must be same as the Birth Certificate.
• Mistakes in name/DOB are very difficult to correct later.

2. APAAR ID

• Mandatory from 2025–26 onwards.
• Confirm with school that APAAR ID is generated and entered.

3. Photograph

• Recent, clear passport size photo is required.
• Avoid blurred or old photos.

4. Category & CWSN

• Select SC/ST/OBC/Minority only if valid proof is available.
• For Children with Special Needs (CWSN), UDID/disability certificate must be uploaded in time.

5. Subject Selection

• Class IX: Subjects chosen continue in Class X.
• Class X (LOC): Confirm subjects and Mathematics level (Basic 241 / Standard 041).
• Class XI: Choose subjects carefully for Class XII.
• Class XII (LOC): Final confirmation including practical subjects.
• New Rule: Students with Mathematics Basic in Class X can opt for Mathematics in Class XI (if school permits).

• Submit documents and fees on time to School

• After LOC submission, school will provide a slip.

कक्षा IX से XII के प्रत्येक CBSE छात्र के लिए पंजीकरण बोर्ड परीक्षा की नींव है। स्कूल CBSE पोर्टल पर कक्षा IX और XI के लिए पंजीकरण तथा कक्षा X और XII के लिए LOC भरते हैं। अंतिम सबमिशन से पहले अभिभावकों को सभी विवरण जाँचने चाहिए, क्योंकि कोई भी गलती एडमिट कार्ड, परिणाम या प्रमाणपत्र को प्रभावित कर सकती है।

✅ अभिभावकों को क्या जाँचना चाहिए

1. व्यक्तिगत विवरण

• छात्र, पिता और माता के नाम आधार और स्कूल रिकॉर्ड से बिल्कुल मेल खाने चाहिए।
• जन्म तिथि जन्म प्रमाणपत्र के अनुसार होनी चाहिए।
• नाम या DOB की गलती बाद में सुधारना लगभग असंभव है।

2. APAAR ID

• 2025–26 से अनिवार्य है।
• स्कूल से सुनिश्चित करें कि यह जनरेट होकर दर्ज की गई है।

3. फोटो

• हाल की और स्पष्ट पासपोर्ट आकार की फोटो आवश्यक है।
• धुंधली या पुरानी फोटो से समस्या हो सकती है।

4. श्रेणी और दिव्यांग छात्र (CWSN)

• SC/ST/OBC/अल्पसंख्यक केवल तभी चुनें जब वैध प्रमाणपत्र हो।
• दिव्यांग छात्रों के लिए UDID/दिव्यांगता प्रमाणपत्र समय पर अपलोड होना चाहिए।

5. विषय चयन

• कक्षा IX: चुने गए विषय कक्षा X तक जारी रहते हैं।
• कक्षा X (LOC): विषयों की पुनः पुष्टि करें और गणित स्तर (Basic 241 / Standard 041) सही चुनें।
• कक्षा XI: ऐसे विषय चुनें जिन्हें XII तक जारी रखना है।
• कक्षा XII (LOC): अंतिम विषय पुष्टि, प्रैक्टिकल सहित।
• नया नियम: कक्षा X में Maths Basic लेने वाले छात्र कक्षा XI में Maths ले सकते हैं यदि स्कूल अनुमति दे।

6. डेटा वेरिफिकेशन स्लिप

• LOC सबमिट होने के बाद स्कूल स्लिप देगा।
• सुधार अवधि में इसे ध्यान से जाँचें।
• बाद में कोई सुधार संभव नहीं है।
